I've noticed

that most of the public reaction from healthcare comes from VERY different sides. Those that dislike it are typically those that have good jobs with health insurance, have a fairly decent amount of money (not especially well-off, but comfortable), and are generally from the South. Those that are typically in favor of it either do not have a job, or at least not a very good one. Their job doesn't offer benefits or health insurance (or they don't work enough hours to receive insurance benefits), they don't have a lot of money, and they are generally NOT from the South.
 
I'm not really trying to prove any type of theory, this is just an observation.
